Detection and Monitoring
When utilising a monitored CCTV system, detection is added to the camera locations to enable alarms to be activated and alert to the presence of an intruder. Once a detector is activated, alarm recording can start and a CCTV operator can initiate a response/action.
Audio enables the operator of a monitored CCTV with speakers installed upon on it to address a person who has activated the system via its detection, or with an enabled microphone allow an exchange in a conversation between the operator and person identified.
