A sophisticated and professional organised crime group have been sentenced to a combined 34 years in jail after pleading guilty to stealing £42,000 from ATM machines during ram-raids.
The gang of 6 males was responsible for a spate of robberies across the country, including Liverpool and Birmingham over the space of two months.
Vehicles with fake registration numbers were used in the robberies. The criminals then rammed the stolen cars into shops in order to gain access.
Once access had been gained, the ATM machines were targeted. The gange used angle grinders, sledgehammers and crowbars to access the money inside.
There are different security devices available to secure your property, Intruder Alarms and CCTV act as a deterrent to criminals. While a SmokeCloak system will proactively protect your premises as soon as a break in is detected.
