Three men are waiting to be sentenced at Wolverhampton Crown Court after a jury found them guilty of conspiring to rob the Hyperama wholesale warehouse, West Bromwich in April 2018.
The warehouse was targeted at closing time by masked robbers, armed with a gas-powered air pistol and a baseball bat.
During the theft staff were tied up and threatened, before cash, cigarettes and a van was taken.
The stolen van had a tracker installed before the incident, which led police to the items.
The individuals had denied the offence ahead of the trial. However the judge has told them there will be a custodial sentence involved.
A fourth man had previously pleaded guilty at the beginning of the trial and awaits sentencing.
