Assured win prestigious Customer Care Award

Assured Fire & Security are over the moon to win the Customer Care Initiative of the Year award in the 2016 Security & Fire Excellence Awards.

Now in their eighteenth year, the industry leading Security & Fire Excellence Awards have consistently broken new ground in highlighting the very best people, projects and processes the UK’s security & fire sector has to offer.

The glittering awards ceremony, held on Thursday 23rd November, was hosted by comedian Jimmy Carr at the prestigious Hilton Hotel on Park Lane, London.

IFSEC Customer Care AwardsAssured’s entry focused on the measures taken to improve relations and increase retention of customers. A new Technical Helpdesk was central to this, enabling Assured to eliminate waiting times for engineer visits whilst also saving the customers’ money. Simon concludes: “Our values are intrinsic to what we do here at Assured, and implementing them throughout the business has enabled us to win this prestigious award.”
