Our CASH Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system enables our service desk co-ordinators to efficiently log calls and distribute to our engineers electronic PDA’s, they then acknowledge this call and we know when they are their way to you.
Through our bespoke vehicle tracking system we can identify which engineer is closest to you and can keep you informed, this system also helps us be more efficient which keeps our costs down and ultimately benefits you.
All our engineers will call you to let you know they are on their way and the estimated time of arrival.
We also provide a Maintenance Performance Review (MPR) each year or quarter, this is a totally transparent excel spread sheet that allows you to track all calls, works, invoices , costs etc. and enables you and us to identify areas that may need further attention.

Special contracted rates& response times
Once you join us all call outs include travel time to site. Any call requiring immediate attention or a response within 48 hours will be considered as an emergency call out.
Our average response time is 2 hours. We monitor our response times for all our systems monthly, and have always achieved 100% on target for both security systems at 4 hours and fire systems at 8 hours.
This information is independently checked and verified by our accreditation bodies and inspectorates The Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board (SSAIB), and British Approval of Fire Equipment (BAFE) who ensure we are working to all British Standards.

Maintenance Contract Service Levels
- Bronze - The contract cost is inclusive of labour for preventative maintenance to include testing & inspection during normal working hours at the intervals stated in this agreement. Any additional fault finding, call outs, training, additional works, programming or materials used will be charged at the Company’s current list prices.
- Silver - This contract has everything included within the bronze contract, but is inclusive of engineer call outs.
- Gold – This contract includes engineer call outs as well as replacement to any equipment should it break down due to normal fair wear and tear or normal deterioration of the system. (this does not include lamps or batteries).
