New software improves efficiency at Assured HQ

Mentor Business Systems have recently added new modules to our existing software data base system, CASH for Windows, the new additions will keep costs and overheads down by enabling our accounts team to e-Invoice our customers, saving the client time and money by being able to track invoicing and guarantee instant delivery, added benefits to Assured are reduced postage and stationery costs along with an ECO friendly reduction to paper and postage delivery.

In addition to this our contracts management team have the benefit of a job costing module which enables them to ensure each contract is on target both financially and on time, this also enables us to pass on savings to the customer by constantly monitoring our base cost, we then feed this back to the sales team who pass on the saving to the customer.
