A huge fire at a warehouse in London’s White City brought the area to a standstill due to fears of gas cylinder explosions.

Seventy-five firefighters from across London tackled the blaze at the Unigate Dairy site, in Wood Lane, at around 9.30am on Tuesday 31st January.

Local tube stations were shut and the entire road was closed along with the A40 Westway and A3220 West Cross Route from Northern to Southern Roundabout for several hours.
