For all intruder alarm maintenance contracts with monitoring we offer our Assured Response service.

This service provides remote access from our service desk to your alarm system via the telephone line and allows us to resolve issues and re-program the system without the need for an engineer visit, saving your company time and money.

We can also carry out remote servicing of the alarm system reducing the cost of your maintenance contract.

Case study 1

Our client has several sites across the UK and had an immediate requirement to re-program all their fire doors to 24 hour circuit, this was completed the same day by our service desk in 30 minutes at sites from Dundee to Southampton saving 16 engineer site visits and avoiding engineer call out costs of £1520.00 + VAT.

Case study 2

A large warehouse in Ireland could not set the system at 10.00pm on a Friday night, everybody wanted to get home for the weekend, our on call service engineer dialled into the system and noticed a high resistance on a door contact, he advised the site employees to check this area, they found a water from a leak had caused this fault.

With the customers permission we made the circuit spare until the leak was fixed enabling the client to set the system and go home.
