A kitchen fire suppression system works by detecting the fire automatically from fuseable heat links or releasing manually by a pull cord or break glass , a wet chemical agent is then released from nozzles in the canopy, cooker hood or above the risk to extinguish the fire with immediate effect.
The clean up process is easy and straight forward ensuring minimum down time, the wet chemical agent does not harm stainless steel.
