Maintenance Contract Service Levels
- Bronze - The contract cost is inclusive of labour for preventative maintenance to include testing & inspection during normal working hours at the intervals stated in this agreement. Any additional fault finding, call outs, training, additional works, programming or materials used will be charged at the Company’s current list prices.
- Silver - This contract has everything included within the bronze contract, but is inclusive of engineer call outs.
- Gold – This contract includes engineer call outs as well as replacement to any equipment should it break down due to normal fair wear and tear or normal deterioration of the system. (this does not include lamps or batteries).
