We are an independent family company with no ties to a manufacturer or parent company.

We are specialist in the fire & security sector with an accumulative experience of over 300 years.

We calculate our prices on the quality of service & equipment we provide. We do not use inferior equipment or compete for the cheapest quote as we feel this would result in an inferior service & unreliable equipment.

We are proud of our client base, which include HM Prison Service, MENCAP, English Heritage, The National Trust, Local Authorities, Blue Chip Companies, Schools, High street stores & other commercial, public sector & industrial customers.

Our company policy is to give all customers the same high service from small retail units to Blue Chip companies.

The company is on the roll of “approved installers” with the Security Systems & Alarms Inspectorate Board (SSAIB) & The British Fire Consortium (BFC) and will issue a certificate of conformity for every installation/service completed.

We have full public, employers & indemnity/efficacy (wrongful advise & failure of systems to operate) insurance for our/your protection.

All our engineers are professionally trained in fire & security engineering & each have a minimum of 5 years experience.

Our engineers are committed to giving a professional, friendly service 24 hours a day for any emergency call out, service or installation & customer satisfaction is a high priority.

Each employee is cleared with the Police National Computer (PNC check) for any previous criminal convictions.

In addition to the above each employee is security screened & cleared to BS 7858 which involves carrying out verification of the following – the last 10 years employment history, educational & professional qualifications, Character references, criminal record, review of consumer credit history, address & date of birth, plus any back ground enquiries required
